[2020] An issue with my scrollwheelup and down

So I have been playing a lot of valorant lately and I am a bhopper that game from csgo. I use scrollwheeldown as my by 2nd binding along with space bar for jump in Val. However after like 3 rounds in the game my scroll wheel stops working completely. However I can use my scroll wheel for every other function. I can scroll up and down in discord... I can even delete the binding and reset it to scrollwheeldown so I know for a fact it is working in-game. But when I try to use it to jump it does nothing. Anyone else having this problem? This hasn't happened since before the recent update.
