30s occurs it'll shield for 25 and if you
32s escape combat it'll regenerate to its
34s cap from a total pool of 50 this should
36s add new light by decision-making and
37s potentially make weapon purchases like
39s the outlaw or Guardian more appealing as
41s for agents we're adjusting Phoenix it'll
43s be easier for him to move forward and
45s take space for his team while keeping
47s his kit familiar his flash is now a
48s signature which means he'll start with
50s one each round and instead of having to
51s sit in his fire to heal it'll be applied
53s after touching it which gives him more
54s freedom to make plays we're also making
56s adjustments to some of our sentiel and
58s controllers we're buffing Sage's self
60s field and ult balancing Cipher trip
61s wires to increase counterplay and
63s adjusting Deadlocks Al we'll have more
65s changes coming for deadlock in the
