[2024] Premier: We were the only team that qualified for playoffs. No game - no reward - no feedback

Has anyone else had a similar situation? In our Premier league, we were the only team that qualified for playoffs, and we got together for the playoffs queue, waited for the whole 15 minutes, then the timer was stuck at 0:00 and we waited another 5 minutes. Didn't get a game (obviously), but we didn't get promoted to a higher division, didn't get an automatic win, and absolutely no feedback from the game. I feel like the only fair way for this to be handles is to give as an automatic playoffs win and to be promoted to a higher division..
