[2019] access denied when changing process priority to high after this patch

Do you really get 30 more fps doing that? In that case something is wrong, you should not have to do that, we need to fix that. What are your specs and what is it you're running that is using the CPU with such high priority that you have to change process priority?

I'm looking into why it's blocking process priority as well.

You should of course get the maximul possible juice out of your computer.

Asking for your specs was just to see if we have some comparable hardware in our office to see if we can reproduce these issues so we can fix them. You really shouldn't have to alter process priority to get the maximum out of your rig so if this is a problem for you and other players this is something we want to fix as soon as possible.
