[2021] Cosmetics in game more expensive than in steam store?

That very much appears to be correct. Steam offers unique regional prices for some regions and currency-conversion prices for others. It appears that the Steam Store does this properly but the in-game store uses currency conversion for everything. Should be simple to fix, I hopefully.

This is exactly it, seems it's set up incorrectly (the ingame store items hook in to Steam in a slightly different way than Steam storefront DLC). It'll be corrected. :)
