It's usually the reason, despite Maitre Malterre pressing that the issue lies squarely with us, almost always it's an ISP routing issue or even more localised within the home network (router, network card, interfering antivirus or firewalls).

Whilst other games may work just fine, perhaps they do not store persistence in the cloud (AWS or Azure). It's a lot less simple than FS Fix this, but we are looking to make some tooling we can give to players which will help identify where the issue(s) they experience are. It's going to take some time to get that together though.

Not sure really. I expect we'd right a batch process to fire off a bunch of integrated windows tools, so potentially, but given we'd only be looking for information related to the network traffic for our game, it might not be too useful with general connectivity issues for other apps or platforms.
