I'd say I'm farming them, but the drop rate seems so low that I'm not likely to get the one's I want anytime soon, or ever. But, is it possible to get one of the goofy Bardin hats while opening chests on another character? I'm balancing my want of specific hats, vs specific reds.
External link →This might also be of note as well, Im pretty sure cosmetics added post WoM aren't available from commendation chests. Only ones that were in the game prior. So, Krubers hatless cosmetic, for example, is only available via the emporium. I could be wrong, but I believe that is the case.
