[2020] Transfering Progress fromm Steam to Xbox PC App (Game Pass)

Hello,

I have recently subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and i would like to get my progress from my Steam Account transfered to the Xbox Account so that i can play in PC, Xbox and mobile device (Tablet).

Can anyone help me with thus Problem?
