[2019] Do not bump/necro threads, they may show how little FS actually gets done.

I'm shutting this post down now as it "challenges moderation".

The necro in question added nothing to the original report, it just spouted politics.

1. The post in question was bumped without additional information provided (which goes against the global forum rules and not just our own), just rage based on falsehoods.
2. The user was found to be multiboxing in order to skirt around an account suspension.
3. The user challenged moderation, which goes against the global forum rules and not just our own.
4. The user engaged in turning the thread political, which goes against the global forum rules and not just our own.
