Xbox: Thanks for being so patient. We understand many are having problems loading in - we have a backend update in the works which we hope to put live tomorrow. Backend updates do not usually require a patch. This ETA may change, but I'll be sure to post any updates right here.
PlayStation: We are aware of and working on an issue where Outcast Engineer owners are being spammed with multiple copies of a Hero Skin, which is consuming excessive amounts of inventory space.
