Title says it all.
I can't move after completing the tutorial and restarting it doesn't work. I play the tutorial, pick a character (the level 1 elf), and it loads. Once loaded, the ui blips in for a second before disappearing like a cutscene or something is trying to load and it won't let me control my character. I'm also playing this on a PS4 Pro if that matters.

I just hopped on a restarted the game, and it worked :/
I tried it before and it didn't work, but for some reason now it did. I didnt get to try and reinstall it, so I'm not sure what did it. The only thing different is that I plugged in an external hard drive that doesn't have a byte of data for the game. Maybe it's a storage issue..?
Reinstalling is only a thing on PC since Steam can be a little weird sometimes. We are still gathering information about this issue. It only happens for some people and only sometimes so it's really hard to track down
For Xbox, this happened for myself and the 6 other people I got to play the game. It was only ever an issue after completing the tutorial. I just had them turn off their controller (popped up the controller disconnected menu), click B to go to the main menu, then jump back in. Fixed it every time.
I'll ask QA to do exactly that and try to reproduce it. Thanks for the heads up
