This may not be correct, it's too early to say. We're hooking in to brand new APIs offered by Valve, which should have had either one of two results:

1. No impact for players, or
2. An Improvement for players.

The fact the update improved things for some, made no difference to others, or impacted them negatively could be for one of two reasons, neither of which is clear right now:

1. There's something amiss with these new protocols outside of our control (we're talking with Valve about that) or
2. There's something amiss with our implementation (we're talking with Valve about that, too)

These things take time, as said we're working closely with them to identify the issue and work to resolve it. Be it work we need to do, or that Valve need to check out, or both, is unknown.
