Eventually they all just get deleted though.

We don't delete bug reports, ever, unless they're full of spite and vitriol.

We do hotfix when critical issues emerge, but stuff like pictures or credit for challenges aren't worth hotfixing truth be told. They'll be credited or awarded retroactively once solved and those fixes live.
