[2024] Saltz loses his neck with the Todbringer skin

This is intended. It's the same concept as Kruber's Templar Herald set with the Griffon Crown which also has a fixed helmet. It's based on a real life design which has movement limitations.

Then why does it show him looking offset from where his torso faces in the picture in the announcement post? I don't understand why it's limited in-game if it's being shown to not be.
