[2020] Lohners Emporium Bugged?

So I bought "Bright College Staff of Ceremonies" as Sienna on PS4 a few days ago and it didn't show up in my inventory and seeing as fatshark was on hollydays the last weeks I thought I'd wait until they're back before posting this. So yeah. Did I do something wrong? Is it bugged? I just want a red Flamestorm Staff already.
