UI Tweaks: How can I adjust my HP bar size?

I want to create my own UI set but I can't figure out how how to adjust length/width of my HP bar. I've seen presents that had different bar sizes and I want to do it too. EDiT: Solved it, I had to change it in the official HUD settings.
