[2023] Allow base game owners to join DLCs sessions

And also I'd say it's pretty toxic not to care about your teammates, especially the new ones and on Recruit difficulty. You, as a player community, might loose a member ;)

Chaos Wastes is not DLC blocked as it is a free update. Any DLC maps that are paid for (such as the early ones of Bogenhafen and Back to Ubersreik) can be played so long as someone in the party owns them. WoM Weaves (and I think Beastmen) and Cata are our only locked DLCs at present, which; considering other games, is not a bad deal at all.

WoM does go on sale regularly for a fairly steep discount and I recommend waiting for one of those to come around to purchase WoM so you can play weaves.
