Ever since they disabled the chinese server you get bots and hackers in every single game. Level 20 chinese Accounts with Full Premium Lineups either shooting you across the whole map the second the game starts or driving against walls and spinning in circles.
The economy is getting worse by the day. The promised changes? Never implemented and never will be. Gaijin sellouts just eat it up as if Gaijin ever listened to the community (Hint they never did).
Russia is still unbeatable. Russian Top Tier is so ridiculously broken that there is no point in even playing anything else. 2-3 years ago the 3 big nations were roughly equal, now they disabled APFSDS post pen damage spalling for USA vehicles (No joke some shots simply dont spall or damage Russia interior components). Remember when people complained the autoloader inside the tanks are a weakspot? Yeah they dont explode anymore on direct hits. Now Russian tanks in top tier have not a single weakspot. Not one. And their counterpart vehicles are always 10 times stronger.
Germany gets ozelot at 9.0 -> Russia gets Strella at 9.0 but with 10.7 missiles. Puma -> Russia gets 2S28, but with much better pen and post pen dmg. New Russian Anti air can track your planes behind mountains now.
The game is a complete disaster.

Bots and hackers in "every single game"? Do you have any proof of this?
