[2024] Why is the new Dutch Sea Fury for France not... In the dutch part of the tree?

Hi! Usually it would be, however, the Sea Fury's current position helps to fill a BR gap in its line (which was 5.0 to 7.7, now it's 5.7 to AB: 7.3 and RB: 7.7).
