Challenge is impossible to complete if you use only left hand, playing with closed eyes and only during full moon.
Who force you to play only Italian vehicles in RB? AFAIK AB mode is available for all players. Same as any other tech tree.
And no, I am not saying you cannot do this challenge with Italian vehicles in RB mode. I am only suggesting, that you are trying to make this challenge harder than it is. Stop limiting yourself for one nation and one game mode.
You have clear terms of that achievement:
Vehicle rank III or higher
Arcade Battles or Realistic Battles
Speed higher than 40km/h
