[2021] Report System is ineffective

1st.Thanks for reports! They are very useful and at the end of the day they works! We have limited number of Game Masters, so it can take a while before every report will be checked. Because yes, every report like this needs to be manually checked before we take actions.

2nd. Stop being xenophobic please. No one care on nationality here. Rule breaking is rule braking, it has no nation of origin. We do not allow general accusations like that here.

3rd. Please do not suggest other Players, that they should start to break the rules. They will end up with banned account.
