It's been a while since I looked at the data (Put it in excel to look at averages/data analysis..)

Like 2/3 the US tanks got a SL decrease, and the average decrease was somewhere around 1,500 SL. primarily upper-end tanks (7.0+BR)
Of the 1/3 US tanks that got a SL increase, the average increase was about 300-400 SL.


Looking at German tanks, almost the same story is told:
75% the German tanks saw a price decrease, averaging ~1,000 SL (Again, primarily among upper-end tanks, 7.0+BR)
20% saw an increase averaging 500 SL
~5% saw no change in repair cost, they were low tier vehicles

I could give you the 'average repair prices' quickly across all vehicles, but I don't think it would be very useful, as really what you would (likely) be more interested in is the averages at a given tier/ specific BR lineup.

Also worth mentioning that there are circumstances where you may not be paying out the full repair cost.
