Unfortunately the likelihood of it returning is very small, the only chance is likely in a future Silver Lion box during events, but I understand it would be very difficult to get it in that due to the amount of other items in the box.

And today I got Voroshilov as I opened the Battle Pass crate!

One vehicle out of 4, with chances probably not evenly divided, considering 2 are coastals and one other is some ambhibious tank I think...
