What do you see when you imagine a tank? Something with a huge gun, sturdy armour and big tracks, right? And it IS usually tracks — after all, thanks to them, tanks can easily traverse difficult terrain and climb obstacles. But in the second half of the XXth century an interesting alternative emerged, namely wheeled armoured vehicles. Compared to their tracked brethren, wheeled tanks are considerably faster AND cheaper.
