I guess you are talking on Nvidia GeForce Experience functionality.
I think default button is ALT+Z

Yes, but depends what you mean "inside".
When you are in replay, change camera to free cam and play with FoV.

i mean first person camera like simulative

All available cameras are listed in replay (top of it).
If player switched to fps view from c*ckpit - you will be able to check it with camera no.2.
