[2023] twitch drops not in my inventory?

You have to claim the drops on Twitch first.

already claimed on twitch. are they supposed to be in my little inventory menu or are they already in the customisation menu like in decor???

Apologies :) They're added to your account under the Special > Snails decals and Decorations under Helmets.
