[2022] I take it the game masters are either inactive or the list is not updated?

List is up to date and it's updated if something change in the team (new staff members etc.).

You can see activity of forum user on their profiles, if you see that someone is not active since week or something, it's safer to contact someone else.

Game Masters (and other staff members like Forum Moderators, Seniors etc) are volunteers, they fulfill their duties in their free time.
