[2023] revert sound change

Hello - we've reverted the sounds to how they were before. We'll rework them, thanks for your feedback on this.

• Changes to the sounds of rounds and shells hitting ground vehicles, flying by and ricochetting have been reverted and will be reworked. Sounds that were in the game until the 2.27.1.42 update were returned. We’ll continue to listen to your feedback on this.
