Wait, EC was real? I thought that was just a typo, was there anyone playing OP or were the matches kind of empty?

Yes we announced it here: https://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/topic/551829-naval-enduring-confrontation-is-available-again/ - we did not post it on Steam, which we should have done, we'll makes sure to correct that in the future.
