[2022] Could we get a megathread (?) about the chat?

Even big blinking banner will not stop ppl from creating new threads (on any already discussed topic).

It's how internet works.

There is no need for such topics from reason mentioned above and same reason as mentioned many times already - when we will be ready to switch back chat, we will inform you on this.
