I do not make things up. I checked that in game when posting it. It could be ISP way of routing packets to specific region, it can be internal problem with connection. It can be anything.

When we have issues with servers, we post info on forum or in comment to such topics.

Nah, I am not saying you said this. I just want to be clear that I am no "yes man" who will say "issue is always on your end"
