Oh ok thank you so much. But one of my friend bought 1000 GE for $1250 what does he need to do now? he said he did not check the price and he said it's $6 normal price.

He is going to contact gaijin support but how long till he gets his $1,250 back?

As soon as possible. Support will look at it. He will get refunded that's for sure.
