First of all, it is forbidden to share your communication with support so I edited your post.

Also, for the sake of other users reading this, despite your claims in this topic, your login history shows dozens of different countries besides Turkey which suggests either heavy VPN use or maybe that you travel a lot, which is doubtful given the geography spread. In either case, you will not see prices in TRY unless you stop doing that like support already told you.

And you will not be able to pay in Liras anyway unless you really have a local bank card.

We forbid to share any communication with support as you can't depend on users understanding of what is sensitive or not.
