Yeah, this. The operator seems to be missing in the in-hangar x-ray, I'll pass it to the relevant team.

British ratel cards all state 105 km/h top speed. Ingame you hardly get faster than 40. Applies to a lot of wheel-driven tanks, but not all of them.

Top speeds are the top speed they can go under optimal scenarios. For example, if you were driving down a slope, if it was possible it would hit the max speed of 105 km/h and never go over it.
