Hi! Welcome to War Thunder. If you click on the Battle of Berlin campaign under "Dynamic campaign", in the middle it says the unlock requirement: 3 aircraft of Rank IV or higher for the USSR or Germany.

For the single missions for Battle of Berlin, you can click on each locked mission and it states the requirements there.

Hi, I'm not sure about the data and don't have stats to me at hand, but the historical campaigns give a very small amount of RP/SL.
