[2023] Ultra low graphics still a thing?

Just switch your settings and play. You will see that it's nothing nice when you need to play on such settings. There are people who are forced to play game on ULQ (due to weak hardware) and I really doubt any of them will reject possibility to switch settings to anything higher, if they would have such option.

In any competitive game, if players can gain an advantage by voluntary playing on ULQ, you will have guys who will chose voluntary to play on those ULQ, just to earn that advantage & winning easier.
It's a matter of "ego".

Launch game in ULQ first.

My point is, ULQ now is not same ULQ we had years ago in WT.
