[2021] Advice for getting the proper settings for my rig

I am on RTX 2080 (standard) and I got stable 141 (locked) fps in game (without DLSS) on 2560x1440 (HDR on and off, no impact on performance as far as I noticed).

All maxed out (no grass in aim view), no SSAA.

Maybe you switched on SSAA?
