Hi! As @Napolegnomsaid Game Masters are also human beings and they have their own lifes to.
Also if you reported such a person via in-game report system that is enough to do, no need to pm GM's that you did so, it can speed up the process of checking your report but at the same it does not need to do it. Your report will be processed when we find it as list of reports we recieve on daily basis is quite big i must say. So some reports will take time some time to be checked on.
