In September, 77 years ago, the P-47D-28 took to the skies. This variant of the P-47 had a new propeller to better suit operations in the Pacific Theater as well as a radio compass installed. In 1943, 78 years ago, the Semovente 75/32 M41 appeared for the first time. The 75/32 M41 was a modified 75/18 tank, equip with the longer 75 mm gun, giving it a higher muzzle velocity.
