[2020] Happy Tankers’ Day!

On each second Sunday in September, War Thunder celebrates the service of those brave tankers - an important day for our players and the development team.

Every day, players from the whole world participate in battles with armoured vehicles in War Thunder. We wish our tankers a powerful volley, lucky ricochets and strong armour in virtual battle.

From 10:00 GMT on the 11th of September until 07:00 GMT on the 14th of September

Terms

• Play 3 battles with an ingame activity of 60% or higher whilst controlling Soviet vehicles of rank II or higher and get the “Tank Troop Chevron” decal.
  
• Win 5 times with an ingame activity of 60% or higher whilst controlling Soviet vehicles of rank II or higher and get a new “Beware of tanks” decoration or purchase this achievement and get the prize immediately without performing the task.

Hear the engines roar! On September 12th we celebrate Tanker's Day, a holiday of steel armour and steel will! We recognise the drivers, commanders, gunners, loaders, radio operators and designers of tanks. We salute you, the War Thunder ground forces players!

Start your engines!

Until 07:00 GMT on the 13th of September. Win 5 times in random battles whilst controlling Soviet ground vehicles (of rank II or above with an in-game activity of 70% or above) and get one of the decorations for Tanker’s Day.

The trophy that contains one of the decorations is available in the in-game shop.

Terms You can complete the task in random battles, except “Assault” and “Enduring Confrontation”.
