The game has a learning curve, where you must learn about where to shoot on the enemy to take out their critical components and crew members. With a well placed shot, you are able to take out an entire tank with 1 shot. There are no health bars here.

how do I learn those spots, I tried shooting at wheels, back, front, cannon, and many other

There are several ways.

1. In the hangar or any research tree you can right click Customization or Preview for a vehicle you don't own, for example M22. Then it will view the tank in the hangar - on the right, click Armor > Protection Analysis. Here you can select any tank and simulate a shot onto the tank by clicking. You can then tell where shots will pen and wont pen, and what damage each shell does.

2. In-game when you shoot an enemy, you'll begin to recognise what they look like, and you can view the camera in the top right to see where there crew are sitting. Over time you'll get a feel for where to shoot, and what you can penetrate.

3. If you are playing arcade, aiming at an enemy tank will make your marker go red, yellow or green. Red means can't pen, yellow means maybe pen, and green means you will pen with that shot.
