AFAIK ability to get random talisman (for example, talisman for rank II aircraft after some random battle) is still there.

Every kill counts.

No one ask you to count achievements.

In task description you have info: kill enemy with BR 1.0 more more higher than you.

I confirmed with dev team that every kill counts.
