They’re only $10 more expensive but have no penalty for researching all ranks in the tree, and also give you more GE and premium time.
It’s not the last sale of this year, you know. Plenty of GE options were just available as well.
None of the store packs are eligible for sale except Eugen as they are too recent, so dunno what you anticipated, really.
It’s not some secret that we never discount recently released stuff as it makes no business sense and also is simply illegal in some countries. So De Moines and both French ships were always out of the question for this particular sale, and the only naval pack you could realistically wait for is Eugen. That’s all.
