[2023] Will there be WW1 Tanks or Planes?

AFAIK we do not have plans to add such vehicles. WW1 tanks and aircraft were so weak and ineffective compared to even the simplest/worst second-war machines that they simply would have no place on the War Thunder battlefield.
In contrast to this are the ships, whose development was not as rapid.

Such weak machines (although still a lot of fun and capable of stinging even much better opponents) as the Fury Mk I, Hawker Nimrod or He 51 A-1 are designs from the late 1920s. They were developed 10 years after the end of World War 1.
Now, imagine getting a poorly armed fighter from the Great War. They were often slower than the Po-2.
The situation with tanks is even worse.

They do not have any WW1 tank.
If you are talking on Char B1 or 2C Bis, they are not WW1 tanks. That tanks are from interwar period.
