[2020] Where did Pz.Bef.Wg.IV side skirt armour go?

They are there, but cannot be used when you are using "Ostketten" modifications.

Because that modification adds special, wider tracks, sideskirts needs to be removed.

When you disable "Ostketten" modification, tank sideskirts will return to place.
