It depends on order and game mode.

Few examples:

Antimech - Destroy the most enemy ground vehicles.

use it to farm SL. Take some rank II-III attacker, launch SL booster, join Air Realistic Battle. If you are lucky (well, majority of maps are good for this), you will find map with a lot of SOFT targets. Take off and fly straight to them (best are convoys of trucks, lines of artillery etc). Usually you will be one of max 2-3 ppl who are focused on ground targets. When you are close to targets, launch order and start destroying them. Tons of SL, especially if enemy team is focused on flying high near center of the map.

Blind Hunt - Destroy the marked unit. 3-5 units will be marked over the course of the order.

and

Avenger - Destroy the marked unit. The player who destroys the marked unit becomes the next target. 3-5 units will be marked over the course of the order.

Air Realistic Battles - launch them, when 1 enemy left and you cannot locate him. It will point him and allow your team to shot him down easily.

Be The Best - Gain the most battle score.

- good for both air and ground RB. Depends on map situation. You just need to be good and have a bit luck to do not face even better player :P

Orders are great to boost your SL gain. Cost you nothing, can bring you additional SL.
