Just played full battle in Navy RB - no issues.
What game mode is crashing your game?
Please be sure to use latest available GPU drivers for your OS/Hardware and be sure your A-V software is not blocking WT directory. Maybe that's the issue here.
As mentioned above - no issues for me. I am on steam version.
For me, it looks like you do not have all files.
