From what I got from support, you are "bumping" your ticket before they manage to answer you. Please do not update ticket without waiting for answer. As mentioned here:

Please be patience and answer on ticket only when support manage to replay to you.

Your case is not black/white, that's why it can take some time, especially if you, as confirmed, bumped ticket during it.



We cannot help you on forum. Our support is there to help you, so please cooperate with it and simply answer questions. They need to be sure you are the owner of the account and confirm what you are saying before they change anything with your account.
