Oh, really? And how long have the developers meant by summer specifically astronomical summer? The calendar summer ends on August 31.

Sorry that we have confused you. We think in European way when we think on seasons, dates etc. For example: 4 seasons: winter, spring, summer, autumn, dates like dd/mm/yyyy and time like 24h clock.
