Yes, it was a bug. With GE purchase system gave away additional SL (which obviously should not have place, you purchase GE, not GE+SL), and later removed that SL. If you used that SL, you got into debt.
Issue should be solved already (automatically, after you log in), but if you still have debt on your SL account, please contact with support.

If you send ticket, please wait for them to answer. Do not "bump" your ticket with another one - it will only drop you from the line to very end.
